Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be longer during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s transit times. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a flat rate or free shipping promotion is being offered.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your package has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. This even includes digital products as some orders are processed without email addresses and have nowhere to be sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, carrier issues, or packages marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help.
Digital Products
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases. Digital products are delivered electronically.
